Ust-Katavsky Car Building Plant (UKCP, part of the Roscosmos State Corporation), within the framework of an agreement concluded with the concessionaire «MOVISTA REGIONS Yaroslavl» LLC, began shipping a new batch of tramcars to the capital of the Golden Ring. A total of 20 trams will be manufactured in 2025.


New trams for Yaroslavl are single–section with 100% low floor level. The cars are equipped with climate control, media panels, validators for cashless payments, USB connectors for charging gadgets, information systems, and video surveillance cameras.  


Wide aisles are designed in the cabin, trams are equipped with folding ramps - devices for comfortable boarding and disembarking of passengers with limited mobility. UKCP tramcars are characterized by smooth running, convenient and comfortable for all groups of the population and passengers with disabilities. 


The Roscosmos company has already manufactured 27 fully low–floor single-section tramcars for Yaroslavl in 2023-2024.
